Delivery

Items we have in stock are usually dispatched within one day, and you should receive your order within 3-5 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are based in the UK.

Items requiring a pre-order are made or imported to order from overseas, so please refer to the product description for the estimated lead times.

We use Hermes and DPD Carriers as our delivery partners for reliable and convenient service. They will notify you with the allocated day of delivery, giving you the option to change the day or nominate a neighbour if more convenient.

All deliveries must be signed for unless you pre-arrange this with the courier at your own risk.

This is unlikely, but if your order hasn’t arrived in time, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@goscandi.com quoting your name and order number, we will look into it immediately.

Highlands and Islands deliveries are not included in the Mainland UK charges or free delivery offer and may be charged at an additional fee so please check the delivery charges at the checkout before ordering.

Return of Goods Policy / Refunds.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact info@goscandi.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you promptly.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online, you may return or exchange goods within 14 working days of delivery, except for the products described below referred to as made-to-order.

Returns are at customers’ own expenses. We advise you to use an insured, signed for service.

All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card, excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days.

The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or packaging. We are unable to accept any item with any indication that it was used.

Damaged / Faulty Items.

We check every item before we send it over to you to make sure it arrives in a perfect condition, however occasionally things go wrong, and we recommend that you check your delivery as soon as it is received.

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, do get in touch with info@goscandi.com and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.

 

We cannot refund or exchange made-to-order products.

Some of the products are made specifically for you, so you have a chance to select a fabric, material, finish, size or colour. There are plenty of benefits of that, but we must warn you that it is impossible to return these items. The bespoke products we supply are often by the manufacturers we work with and imported from overseas.

We will contact you via email to confirm your order details are correct before we place the order with the manufacturer. The item will be noted as made-to-order if it is non-returnable on the sales order. You have 7 days to amend your order from receipt of this email. Please only order if you are sure that the item and finish are right for your needs as you may not be able to change the order after the item has been entered into production. Following delivery, made-to-order goods are non-returnable unless we have not supplied the correct item or specification as per the order confirmation.

Payment Information

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer, and you may be charged an international fee by them. Payment online is in a secure environment provided by SagePay. We also accept payment by Paypal.
